Our recreation department also offers a variety of classes for the adults in our community. At the recreation center you can catch a quick workout in our weight and cardio room, play a quick game of racquetball or take part in one of our aerobics classes.

The following fitness classes are being offered:
If you love moving & shaking your hips to a Latin beat, you’ll love this dance workout. These classes will tone & sculpt your body all while burning fat. This is the hottest fitness class burning 600 or more calories. No dance experience needed to join the party. This class is great for all exercise ability levels.
This class provides a great workout as you move through a series of stations designed to elevate your heart rate and challenge your muscles.
This is a Martial Arts based class uses a combination of balance, coordination & strength building moves with lots of cardio. This fun action packed workout will have you burning 300-600 calories per class. This class is great for the intermediate to the advanced exercise enthusiast.
This 30min Class tightens & tones your core through a series of exercise stations while improving functional strength for mobility and injury prevention.
Walk and Weights
Low impact aerobics class focusing on cardio, toning & stretching. The class combines walking for cardio with weighted and non-weighted strength exercises. If you are just getting back into exercise or looking for a great second work out, this is the class for you. This class is great for the intermediate exercise enthusiast.
Sit to Be Fit
Based on Mary Ann Wilson’s fitness program. This class is perfect for the individual with limited physical motion. This class actively promotes functional fitness, healing & independence. This class is great for those with limited mobility/ability to exercise.
Tone Up! (New)
This class focuses on the strengthening and toning of the body; built on repetition for each exercise and each individual body part. This class will challenge your limits but will allow you to become faster, stronger, and more powerful. Let’s not forget this is all done to music!
