Cardio Circuit Class
Are you ready to test your body's limits? This challenging class provides a great workout as you move through a series of stations designed to elevate your heart rate and challenge your muscles. This hour long class will have you moving from stations of body weight exercises, weights, bars, stability ball and agility ladder exercises. This class focuses on full body strength and conditioning while incorporating core and ab work into each station.
