Looking for a quick total body workout? Want to improve muscular strength and endurance?
Our Strength and Conditioning class is 45 minutes dedicated to using your entire body to perform certain exercises for a certain number of rounds at your own pace. It combines Cross-fit like movements, boot camp style drills, and athlete based skills to push your body to its limit. This class will help you achieve that goal of becoming faster, more powerful, and stronger.
