The City of Hondo Human Resources offer employee assistance in the divisions of talent acquisition, disability programs, classification and compensation, HRIS/Records, learning services, employee relations, crisis intervention, benefits, and year-round wellness programs.
The office is responsible for human resources, which includes benefits administration, classification and compensation, payroll, and recruitment. The Human Resources Office is committed to exceeding both employees’ and citizens’ expectations by providing service with a smile that is both prompt and courteous.
You will find that we take care of each employee on an individual level by taking the time to address problems, discussing solutions and making each person feel acknowledged and important.
